On Tampabay.com an article has been posted reporting on the delays in the VA Fiduciary Program. While noble in it’s purpose the VA fiduciary program causes great hardship with extended delays. Despite assurance that this process will speed up, the VA has failed to establish an efficient method for quick approval. Strong advocacy is needed for those in this limbo of bureaucratic delay.
